Consultancy Services Procurement for the Revision and Development of Pre-feasibility Reports and Preparation of Environmental and Social Screening Reports within the Scope of the Turkey Organized Industrial Zones Project (Group 1)
The project carried out under the World Bank-funded Turkey Organized Industrial Zones Project involves the revision and improvement of the pre-feasibility reports for the designated sub-projects and the preparation of environmental and social screening reports. The studies aimed to evaluate the technical, economic, environmental, and social feasibility of each project and to align them with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Standards (ESS). The sub-projects included in the project are as follows: 1. Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project 2. Bursa Leather Specialized and Mixed Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project 7. Bursa Leather Specialized and Mixed Organized Industrial Zone Floating Solar Energy Plant Project 8. Bursa Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project 9. Denizli Organized Industrial Zone Solar Power Plant Project 10. İzmir Tire Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Recovery Facility Project 11. The following services have been provided by our personnel as part of this project:
Reviewing, updating, and developing the existing preliminary feasibility reports for sub-projects,
Conducting environmental and social screening studies for each project,
Conducting risk and impact analyses within the framework of the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESS),
Reviewing technical and economic indicators and conducting suitability assessments,
Collecting and analyzing environmental, social, and economic data on a project basis,
Identifying necessary improvements and integrating them into preliminary feasibility reports,
Preparing and presenting Environmental and Social Screening Reports to the employer,
Managing the reporting, documentation, and data management processes.
