Preparation of the Feasibility Report for the Additional Area Wastewater Treatment Plant Project of the 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zone
The feasibility studies for a new wastewater treatment plant to meet the additional industrial wastewater quantities that will occur in the expansion areas of ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zone are being carried out. The water consumption, wastewater flow rates, and pollution loads of the industrial facilities in the expansion area have been assessed to identify the need for treatment; applicable treatment technologies have been analyzed from both technical and economic perspectives. Within the scope of the project, the facility capacity has been determined; a conceptual design will be prepared considering the process flow diagram, equipment needs, land requirements, and operating conditions. By calculating the investment and operating costs, comparing alternative technologies, and analyzing the processes affecting treatment performance, the technical and economic feasibility of the facility will be established.
Within the scope of the project, the following services will be provided by our personnel:
Collection and analysis of water consumption and wastewater generation data related to industrial facilities in the expansion area,
Determining the characterization of wastewater and calculating the need for treatment,
Evaluation of different treatment processes in terms of technical and economic aspects,
Creation of plant capacity, design criteria, and conceptual process flow diagram,
Determination of equipment, area, infrastructure, and energy needs,
Conducting investment, operating, and maintenance cost analyses,
Comparison of alternative treatment technologies and development of the most suitable system proposal,
Preparation of a feasibility report, creation of technical documentation, and submission to the employer.
