Preparation of the Preliminary Economic Feasibility Report for the Erkenez Organized Industrial Zone Project
The aim is to support investment decisions regarding the establishment of the Erzincan Organized Industrial Zone by assessing the technical, economic, and infrastructural feasibility of the region. Within the scope of this study, the potential investment areas of the industrial zone, sectoral distribution, infrastructure needs, transportation and logistics opportunities have been analyzed; and requirements for basic services such as water, energy, sewage, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management will be determined.
Within the scope of this project, the following services will be provided by our personnel:
Conducting an analysis of the current situation in the Erkenez region and evaluating potential OIZ areas,
Preparing demand analyses and parcel needs projections for industrial sectors,
Identifying basic infrastructure requirements such as water, energy, sewage, wastewater treatment, and transportation,
Evaluating alternatives for the OIZ's operating model, management structure, and service infrastructure,
Determining investment and operating costs and conducting economic feasibility analyses,
Creating financing alternatives and feasible investment scenarios,
Assessing the economic contribution potential of the region,
Preparing and presenting the Preliminary Economic Feasibility Report to the employer.
