Preparation of Application Projects for the Tire Organized Industrial Zone Industrial Wastewater Recovery Facility
The wastewater generated by industrial facilities operating in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone will be treated at existing treatment plants and then reused as process water or general use water for the OSB using advanced treatment techniques. The quality of the water obtained as a result of the advanced treatment will be brought to a level that meets the standards specified in the Regulation on Waters for Human Consumption. The project will be carried out in accordance with the criteria set by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and the World Bank, under a program supported by the World Bank. This includes the selection of processes for the recovery facility to be implemented, the determination of design criteria, the preparation of implementation projects for the advanced treatment system, and the provision of necessary approvals.
The following services will be provided by our personnel within the scope of this project:
Analysis of the current amount of treated wastewater and water quality in the OIZ,
Determination of the necessary water quality standards in accordance with the intended uses of the reclaimed water,
Evaluation of advanced treatment process alternatives in terms of technical and economic aspects,
Selection of the advanced treatment technology to be implemented and formulation of design criteria,
Design of the process flow diagram, hydraulic profile, and system components,
Preparation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and piping application projects for the advanced treatment unit,
Determination of the equipment needs of the facility, capacity calculations, and infrastructure requirements,
Preparation of technical reports and documentation for the necessary institutional approvals,
Creation of the project file in accordance with the technical criteria of the World Bank and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.
