Feasibility Report for Establishing a Recovery Facility for the Use of Treated Wastewater in Process Waters (1st Quality), Preparation of Tender Documents, and Tender Consultancy Services.
This project aims to recover treated wastewater to ensure the supply of first-quality water according to the process needs of industrial organizations operating within the organized industrial zone. The capacity of the recovery facility has been determined considering the water demand and quality requirements of the industrial organizations in the region. Within the project, different treatment technologies have been compared in technical and economic terms; the most suitable system has been selected, and conceptual design and process calculations have been carried out. Feasibility studies have been conducted for the transmission line, storage, pump, and pipeline for the transmission of reclaimed water. Additionally, plan-section drawings and 3D models have been prepared, along with equipment lists, brand suggestions, and chemical consumption calculations. As a result of the sizing and financial analyses performed, the initial investment and operational costs of the system have been determined, and the payback period for the investment has been calculated based on potential tariffs. Furthermore, all necessary technical documents for the bidding process have been prepared, and the received proposals have been evaluated in technical and financial terms and reported to the authority.
