Preparation of the Feasibility Report for the Polatlı Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant and Technical Consulting Service
Within the scope of the project; taking into account the industrial facilities currently operating in the Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) and those expected to come into operation in the future, the amounts of wastewater and pollution loads have been determined, the pre-treatment requirements have been evaluated, and various treatment technology alternatives have been analyzed according to technical, environmental, and economic criteria. As a result of the study, it has been aimed to select the most suitable and economical wastewater treatment system for the Polatlı Organized Industrial Zone and to create a conceptual design for this system.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our personnel:
Collection and evaluation of data regarding the production processes of existing and planned industrial facilities operating in Polatlı Organized Industrial Zone,
Calculation of the current and future flow rates and pollution loads of domestic and industrial wastewater generated throughout the OIZ,
Conducting interviews with industrial establishments within the scope of field studies to collect data on wastewater quantities and characterization,
Determining preliminary treatment programs and discharge criteria for industrial facilities to efficiently operate the wastewater management system,
Identifying the necessary capacity requirements for the wastewater treatment plant,
Evaluation of different wastewater treatment technology alternatives from technical, environmental, and economic perspectives,
Selecting the most suitable treatment technology and preparing the conceptual design associated with this technology,
Creating process flow diagrams, P&I diagrams, layout plans, and hydraulic profiles for the treatment facility,
Evaluation of approaches related to the management of treatment sludges,
Calculation of initial investment and operating costs for the selected system,
Submission of the report containing all technical and financial evaluations to the relevant channels
