Preparation of the Feasibility Report for the Project of Drinking and Utility Water Supply from Milas Ekinambarı Source (Desalination)
This project will be carried out to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a desalination system (salt removal) for obtaining drinking and utility water from the Ekinambarı spring located in the Milas district of Muğla province. Within the scope of the study, the flow rate and water quality of the spring will be analyzed; necessary treatment processes will be determined to ensure the existing water meets drinking and utility water standards. Different desalination technologies (RO, nanofiltration, etc.) will be examined from technical and economic perspectives; water supply infrastructure, storage, and transmission systems will be evaluated. A feasibility report will be prepared considering the investment and operational costs of the project, energy requirements, long-term operability, and regional water needs.
Within the scope of this project, the following services will be provided by our personnel:
Analysis of the water potential of the Ekinambarı source and the existing water quality,
Determination of drinking and utility water requirements and creation of demand projections,
Technical and economic evaluation of desalination technologies (RO, NF, etc.),
Preparation of capacity calculations and conceptual designs for the selected treatment process,
Evaluation of water transmission lines, storage facilities, and necessary mechanical-electric infrastructure,
Analysis of energy consumption, operating costs, and chemical expenditures,
Preparation of investment costs and economic feasibility,
Development of applicable technology and system proposals,
Preparation of the feasibility report and its submission to the employer.
