Machine Specialized Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Tender Consultancy and Supervision Work
The construction process of the Wastewater Treatment Plant planned to be established in the Organized Industrial Zone of the Machinery Specialization will involve tender consultancy services as well as supervision (consultancy) services during the construction and assembly stages. Within the scope of the project; it is aimed to conduct the tender process in a healthy, transparent, and compliant manner with regulations, based on the implementation projects and technical documents related to the wastewater treatment plant, and to ensure that the facility is constructed in accordance with the contract, project, and technical specifications during the construction phase after the tender.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our staff:
Technical review of the implementation projects, technical specifications, and contract documents related to the wastewater treatment facility prior to the tender,
Providing technical support for the preparation of the tender file for the construction work; evaluating technical specifications, local lists, and summary estimates,
Evaluation of technical questions from bidders during the tender process and providing opinions to the employer,
Reviewing the submitted bids in terms of technical qualification, process suitability, and equipment specifications,
Providing technical consultancy to the employer during the tender evaluation process and supporting the decision-making process,
Carrying out supervisory services during the construction process after the tender,
Field inspection of the compliance of construction, mechanical, and electrical productions with the project and technical specifications,
Checking the technical compliance of the equipment and materials to be used and carrying out the approval processes,
Monitoring the production schedule and work progress status,
Conducting technical controls during testing, commissioning, and performance trials,
Providing technical support for the provisional acceptance and final acceptance processes,
Preparation of field reports and progress reports related to the construction process.
