Preparation of the Feasibility Report for the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone
The aim of the project is to determine the most suitable existing technology for municipal and industrial wastewater in the Organized Industrial Zone, where industrial activity exists in 28% of the total industrial area. Within the scope of the project, a feasibility report and technical specifications for the wastewater treatment plant have been prepared. Wastewater characterization and flow calculations have been conducted by examining existing and under-construction facilities in the region; design criteria have been established by evaluating future scenarios created based on the planned factories. Discharge standards for the OIZ channel have been determined in line with these design criteria. Process alternatives that offer flexibility against different scenarios and are robust against increases in flow and pollution load have been compared from technical and financial perspectives. A conceptual design and layout plan have been prepared for the optimal process alternative, and technical specifications that will ensure the project's feasibility have been developed. Capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational cost (OPEX) have been calculated; a viable method has been proposed for cost sharing among participants. Within the scope of the project, consultancy services will be provided for the evaluation of proposals in accordance with technical specifications and during the contract phase.
