Konya (KOSKİ) Çumra Wastewater Treatment Facility Project Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Preparation Documents Preparation Work Project
This report has been prepared for the assessment of environmental and social impacts related to the Çumra Wastewater Treatment Plant Project carried out by the Konya Water and Sewerage Administration (KOSKİ). Within the scope of the study, the environmental, social, economic, and public health impacts related to the planned activities of the Çumra Wastewater Treatment Plant have been analyzed; an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report has been created in accordance with national legislation and international standards.
In this project, our personnel provided the following services:
· Collection and evaluation of existing environmental, ecological, and social data related to the project area,
· Analysis of the environmental impacts of the Çumra Wastewater Treatment Plant (air, water, soil, noise, etc.),
· Conducting social impact assessment studies and stakeholder analyses,
· Implementation of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) methodology in compliance with national and international standards (World Bank, EBRD, etc.),
· Development of impact mitigation, monitoring, and management plans,
· Organizing public participation meetings and reporting the results,
· Preparation and submission of the Final Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report to the administration.
