Kocaeli Machine Specialized Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity Increase Consultancy Project
The construction, mechanical, and electrical works aimed at increasing the current capacity of the wastewater treatment plant include consultancy services. Within the scope of the project, the compliance of all technical projects prepared during the capacity increase process of the facility (process and hydraulic design projects, architectural, mechanical, static, and electrical application projects, infrastructure and piping projects within the facility, etc.) with specifications and relevant legislation has been checked. Throughout the work period, site visits conducted four times a month have monitored the construction progress, developments have been regularly reported, and opinions and suggestions on material selection have been communicated to the employer.
In this project, our personnel have carried out technical, administrative, and regulatory compliance checks on the projects prepared, and the productions carried out in the field have been regularly monitored. Our mechanical and environmental engineers have continuously been on-site throughout the project duration, overseeing construction, mechanical assembly, and on-site infrastructure works.
Additionally, tasks such as preparing construction progress reports, checking the work schedule, performing technical evaluations in the selection of materials and equipment, and presenting recommendations to the employer have been carried out.
During the provisional acceptance phase, participation in dry and wet tests has been ensured, and technical evaluations and recommendations have been prepared based on the observations made and reported to the employer. Our personnel have actively taken responsibilities in quality control, technical compliance, and commissioning processes throughout the project.
