Kayseri Mimar Sinan Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement of Existing Structure and Capacity Increase Implementation Projects and Preparation of Tender Documents Service Procurement Work
The existing Wastewater Treatment Plant located in the Kayseri Mimar Sinan Organized Industrial Zone will be improved to respond to increased flow rates and pollution loads, and the work involves preparing implementation projects and tender documents to ensure an increase in capacity. Within the scope of the project, the process performance of the existing facility will be evaluated; the required capacity increase will be determined according to flow rate increase, changes in pollution load, and operational problems. In this context, process, architectural, reinforced concrete, mechanical, and electrical implementation projects will be prepared; modernization needs will be defined by addressing topics such as sludge management, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
The following services will be provided by our personnel within the scope of this project:
Evaluation of the process performance, flow, and pollution data of the existing facility,
Determination of the need for capacity increase and the establishment of design parameters,
Analysis of suitable process arrangements for improvement and modernization,
Preparation of the process flow diagram and hydraulic profile,
Preparation of architectural, reinforced concrete, mechanical, and electrical application projects for all units,
Design of sludge management, aeration, chemical dosing, and equipment needs,
Creation of the facility layout plan and infrastructure arrangements,
Preparation of premises, quantity tables, and summary of estimates,
Preparation of technical specifications, administrative specifications, and draft contract for the construction work,
Creation of the tender file and providing technical support to the employer during the tender process.
