Kütahya Altıntaş Victory OSB Wastewater Treatment Plant Feasibility Report, Preparation of Implementation Projects and Discharge Line Projects
The feasibility studies for the wastewater treatment plant planned to be established in Kütahya Altıntaş Zafer Organized Industrial Zone include the preparation of the processes, architectural, reinforced concrete, mechanical, and electrical application projects for the treatment plant, as well as the preparation of the necessary discharge line projects to safely convey the treated water to the receiving environment. Within the scope of the project, the amounts of wastewater and pollution loads to be generated from industrial facilities operating within the organized industrial zone will be determined; appropriate treatment processes will be evaluated in terms of technical and economic aspects. The most suitable applicable process will be selected, and design criteria for the plant will be created, along with the development of application projects for the entire facility. Additionally, route studies, hydraulic calculations, and infrastructure designs for the discharge of treated water to the receiving environment will be conducted.
The following services will be provided by our personnel within the scope of this project:
Determining the wastewater flow rates and characterization that will occur in the OIZ,
Evaluation of suitable process options for treatment needs from technical and economic perspectives,
Establishing design criteria for the selected treatment process and preparing the process flow diagram,
Preparation of process, architectural, reinforced concrete, mechanical, and electrical implementation projects for the wastewater treatment plant,
Creating capacity calculations, equipment requirements, and layout plan for the plant units,
Determining the route for the discharge of treated water, conducting hydraulic calculations, and preparing infrastructure projects,
Preparation of locations, quantity tables, summary estimates, and technical reports,
Completion of the project file necessary for implementation and presentation to the employer.
