Gönen Leather Organized Industrial Zone SAIS Cabin Service for Producing Technical Solutions for Regular Data Transfer
This project encompasses the development of technical solutions for the regular transfer of data in accordance with environmental regulations from the treated wastewater produced by the Gönen Leather Specialized and Mixed Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant through the Continuous Wastewater Monitoring System (SAIS) cabin. Within the scope of the project, it was examined whether it is possible to transfer treated wastewater in a balanced manner throughout the day from the SAIS cabin by waiting in a balancing tank; long-term observations and measurements were conducted to analyze the variations in flow over time. The measurement results obtained were statistically evaluated and technical solution proposals were developed to ensure the compliance of the current application with the regulations.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our personnel:
Examination of the existing operating conditions and SAIS implementation regarding the treated wastewater at the outlet of the Gönen Leather Specialized and Mixed Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant,
Evaluation of the technical feasibility of holding the treated wastewater in a balancing tank to be discharged in a balanced manner from the SAIS cabin,
Determination of the changes in flow over time through long-term field observations and measurements,
Analysis of measurement results using statistical methods and establishing flow distributions,
Technical evaluations regarding daily discharge hours, flow fluctuations, and measurement periods,
Analysis of the compliance of the existing application with environmental legislation and SAIS requirements,
Development of technical and systemic recommendations for solving the problems encountered in the application
