Bursa Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Production Facility Rehabilitation Tender Consultancy and Supervision Work
The main purpose of the project is to ensure the high-quality preparation of implementation projects related to the wastewater treatment plant, to ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with the projects and technical specifications, and to guarantee that the commissioning processes of the facility are carried out according to the planned schedule. Within the scope of supervision services, the construction activities, site applications, and commissioning stages have been technically monitored after the tender process; engineering supervision has been provided to complete the work in line with the project, budget, and time targets.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our staff:
Reviewing and evaluating the application projects of the wastewater treatment plant in accordance with technical specifications and relevant standards,
Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance of the construction works with the projects,
Monitoring the quality, quantity, and technical compliance of construction, mechanical, and electrical productions,
Monitoring the contractor's preparation and implementation processes in accordance with technical specifications,
Evaluating technical problems that may arise during the construction process and developing solution proposals,
Tracking manufacturing progress in terms of compliance with the work schedule and reporting any possible delays,
Controlling the commissioning activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the project and technical specifications,
Preparing and submitting project, field, and commissioning inspection reports to the administration,
Ensuring technical coordination with the administration and contractor through meetings, phone calls, and emails,
Evaluating change requests communicated by the employer from a technical perspective and providing opinions on their feasibility.
