Feasibility Study for the Aydın Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant, Preparation of Tender Documents, Detailed Design and Drawings Creation
As part of the project, feasibility and geological study reports have been prepared for the establishment of the Aydın Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant, detailed design projects and technical specifications have been created, and consultancy services for the tender process have been provided. In this context, a feasibility report has been prepared to determine the most suitable technical solution. The report includes the determination of the current capacity of the Aydın WWTP and the evaluation of different alternatives to meet future demand. Additionally, the feasibility report contains conceptual design, hydraulic profile, P&I diagram, and architectural drawings. Following the feasibility report, detailed design and implementation drawings have been prepared. WWTP Capacity: 9,000 m³/day
Explanation of the services provided by your staff within the scope of the task:
• Statistical evaluation of wastewater arising from industries in the Aydın Organized Industrial Zone,
• Characterization of wastewater,
• Evaluation of treatment alternatives aimed at increasing energy efficiency in the existing facility,
• Selection of a treatment process with low energy consumption,
• Conceptual design of the selected treatment process,
• Assessment of initial investment and operating costs for the conceptual design,
• Development of an approach for calculating cost contributions for industrial facilities through the reduction of energy consumption,
• Raising the employer's awareness and knowledge on low energy consumption and energy efficiency,
• Preparation of tender documents and provision of consulting services.
