ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zone and Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Collaboration Within the Scope of ASO 2,3 OSB Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity Increase Study, Project, Engineering Services Work
This project involves the preparation of the necessary studies, designs, and engineering services for the treatment of wastewater generated in Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone under the Wastewater Treatment Cooperation developed between ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zones and Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone, in order to treat the wastewater at the ASO 2nd Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project aims to transfer the wastewater from Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone to the ASO 2nd Wastewater Treatment Facility via a pumping station and wastewater pumping line to be constructed within the borders of Anadolu OSB, while considering the current and projected wastewater flows and pollution loads of both Organized Industrial Zones, as well as determining the need for capacity increase in the existing ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zones Wastewater Treatment Facility with a capacity of 4,900 m³/day and preparing implementation projects for the necessary additional investments.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our staff:
Analysis of the existing and future wastewater flows and pollution loads of Anadolu OIZ and ASO 2–3 OIZ,
Preparation of a Study-Feasibility Report to determine the need for capacity increase of the wastewater treatment plant,
Preparation of a Process Report and Hydraulic Report regarding the wastewater treatment process and capacity increase,
Preparation of engineering projects for the Wastewater Pumping Station, Transfer Line, and Balancing Pool to be constructed in Anadolu OIZ,
Preparation of architectural implementation projects for the wastewater treatment plant and additional units,
Preparation of mechanical projects related to the facility's mechanical equipment, piping systems, and equipment layouts,
Creation of infrastructure projects covering inter-facility connections and P&I diagrams,
Preparation of necessary reinforced concrete and static projects for the capacity increase,
Preparation of electrical and automation projects for the facility's energy needs, control, and monitoring requirements,
Preparation of quantities, specifications, tender documents, and technical specifications for all projects,
Creation of management and operation instructions for the effective and sustainable operation of the facility,
Submission of the prepared projects to the relevant authorities for project approval file and technical compliance report, and monitoring of approval processes,
