Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Facility Consultancy Work
The feasibility report and the tender technical specifications necessary for the Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure the treatment of wastewater generated from the industrial facilities operating in the Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone in accordance with the Water Pollution Control Regulation Table 19 – Standards for the Discharge of Mixed Industrial Wastewaters to Receiving Environments. In this study, the flow and pollution loads of the industrial facilities in the region have been evaluated; different process alternatives have been analyzed from both technical and economic perspectives, and the most suitable treatment technology has been determined. A feasibility framework has been established by evaluating all technical requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational conditions required for the establishment of the facility.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our personnel:
Determination of the amount of wastewater and pollution characterization originating from industrial facilities within the OIZ,
Technical and economic analyses of process alternatives for the treatment needs,
Selection of the treatment process in accordance with the standards of Table 19 of the Water Pollution Control Regulation,
Preparation of a feasibility report for the wastewater treatment plant,
Determination of capacity, equipment, space requirements, and operational needs of the facility,
Calculation of energy, chemical, and operating costs, and incorporation into the feasibility content,
Preparation of the technical specification to be used in the tender process,
Execution of reporting, technical documentation, and coordination efforts with the employer.
