ÇATOM Environmental Waste Collection Center Inc. Consulting Services Work
This project encompasses the consultancy services aimed at providing the technical, administrative, and process management support required for the investment and operational activities that ÇATOM Environmental Waste Collection Centers Inc. will carry out in Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) and Individual Industries. It aims to offer professional support in ÇATOM’s applications to OIZs, land allocation processes, site selection studies, official correspondence with relevant institutions, technical reviews, field evaluations, project development and feasibility support concerning Individual Industries, as well as investment consultancy processes. The consultancy service is conducted under the packages of "processes related to OIZs", "processes related to Individual Industries", and "technical support provided for strategic questions regarding the collaboration between ÇATOM and OIZs."
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our staff:
Providing technical and administrative support in official processes conducted with relevant institutions regarding OIZ applications, land allocation requests, site selection.
Evaluation of applications and preparation of necessary technical documents regarding infrastructure needs, acceptance criteria, and investment planning of OIZs.
Conducting existing situation analyses through site visits with OIZ management; carrying out land allocation suitability assessments, investor evaluations, and official meetings.
Conducting technical evaluations regarding site selection, infrastructure needs, permit processes, production models, and investment decisions for Individual Industries.
Providing technical support for feasibility studies for Individual Industries; analyzing capacity, raw materials, logistics, waste management, water, and energy needs.
Providing technical support for communication, coordination, and official correspondence carried out by ÇATOM with OIZs; developing strategic proposals to expedite processes.
Preparation of technical content related to project financing, investment planning, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments within the scope of investment consultancy.
Preparation of detailed “Situation Assessment Reports” after visits to OIZs and Individual Industries, conducting progress meetings, and reporting all field activities weekly/monthly.
