Preparation of the Pre-Feasibility Report and Technical Specifications for the Integrated Solid Waste Management and the Construction and Operation of Additional Facilities
The Kuşadası Regional Solid Waste Management System has been carried out with the aim of improving existing facilities and establishing new facilities for obtaining energy and products from organic waste. Within the scope of the study, preparations have been made for the tendering of biogas and energy production facilities, composting facilities, organic waste enrichment units, and pelletization facilities under a concession model. During the project process, assessments of the current situation, conceptual designs, financial and economic analyses, and tariff studies have been conducted; a technical specification covering the operating principles of the facilities to be established has been prepared, laying the groundwork for the tendering process.
The following services have been provided by our personnel as part of this project:
Evaluation of the technical and operational status of the existing facilities related to the Kuşadası regional solid waste management system,
Creation of conceptual designs for biogas, composting, enrichment, and pelletization facilities for organic wastes,
Determination of the capacity, area, equipment, and infrastructure requirements for new facilities,
Conducting financial-economic analyses for investment and operational costs,
Preparation of tariff calculations and assessment of feasibility within the framework of the concession model,
Preparation of a technical specification containing the operational principles of the facilities to be used in the bidding process,
Submission of technical reports, analyses, and all documentation to the employer.
