Preparation of a Guideline Document for the Management of Ruins and Wastes That Will Arise as a Result of Urban Transformation, Earthquake, and Possible Other Disasters
The project aims to establish a risk management plan necessary for the most appropriate management of demolition waste, to raise awareness on this issue, to contribute to the development and implementation of waste management plans, and to prepare a roadmap for the correct and effective management of demolition waste.
Within the scope of the project, SKD will provide the expertise needed for the following activities and will carry out the necessary processes for the specified services:
· System Configuration and Governance: The management of debris waste arising from urban transformation, earthquakes, and other possible disasters will be comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.
· Technical Infrastructure: The technical infrastructure for the work to be done to effectively manage the waste that will arise from urban transformation, earthquakes, and other possible disasters will be determined.
· Legal Processes: This section will objectively determine and justify proposed legal regulations related to the management of waste arising from urban transformation, earthquakes, and other possible disasters, taking into account the legislation of other countries.
