Public Return Centers and Verification Facilities, and Consultancy Services to be Received in the Tender Processes for the Authorization/Appointment of Transport (Logistics) Operators Project
The national deposit management system aims to be effectively implemented by providing technical and administrative consulting services during the tender processes for the authorization and assignment of public return centers, verification facilities, and transportation (logistics) operators. Within the scope of the project, documents to be used in the tender process have been prepared, technical specifications have been created, evaluation criteria have been determined, and the technical and financial aspects of the bids have been examined. Additionally, it has been aimed to carry out the processes for the selection of facilities and operators that constitute the infrastructure of the deposit system at the national level in accordance with legislation and best international practice examples.
Within the scope of this project, the following services have been provided by our personnel:
Examination of the legislation related to the bidding processes and international best practices,
Establishment of duties and authorization criteria for public refund centers, verification facilities, and logistics operators,
Preparation of technical specifications, administrative specifications, contract drafts, and evaluation forms,
Creation of proposal evaluation criteria and development of the scoring system,
Preparation of bidding documents and coordination with the employer organization,
Evaluation of incoming bids from a technical and financial perspective, conducting suitability analyses,
Provision of consultancy, audit, and reporting services throughout the process,
Preparation and presentation of the final evaluation reports to the employer.
