DÖHLER Karaman Factory Sustainable Water and Wastewater Management Master Plan Preparation Project
DÖHLER's production facility in Karaman will implement efforts to increase water efficiency, manage water resources sustainably, and reduce wastewater generation in order to create an environmentally friendly production infrastructure. In this study, the factory's current water consumption, process-based water usage, wastewater generation amounts, and pollution loads will be analyzed in detail; recovery, reuse, and water conservation potentials will be assessed. A comprehensive Sustainable Water and Wastewater Management Master Plan has been prepared, including short, medium, and long-term goals for the facility; process improvements, technological investments, and infrastructure development steps will be determined.
Within the scope of this project, the following services will be provided by our personnel:
Analysis of the factory's current water consumption, process-based usage, and loss–leakage status,
Evaluation of the amount of wastewater generated, pollution parameters, and treatment needs,
Examination of water conservation, process optimization, recovery (e.g. MBR, RO, etc. technologies), and reuse options,
Determination of short, medium, and long-term strategies for sustainable water management of the facility,
Identification of investment needs, equipment requirements, and areas for improvement for the water and wastewater infrastructure,
Calculation of economic analyses, operational costs, and payback periods,
Assessment of water footprint and sustainability indicators,
Preparation of the Master Plan document and submission of technical reports to the employer.
