Feasibility Study Report and Preparation of the Technical Feasibility Report Including Economic and Financial Analysis for the Ankara Central (Tatlar) Wastewater Treatment Plant Project
A need has arisen to obtain financing from national and international institutions for the Ankara Central (Tatlar) Wastewater Treatment Plant Project and to prepare the necessary documents for the implementation of the investment. In this context, two reports will be prepared for the Ankara Central (Tatlar) Wastewater Treatment Plant: • PID Report • Technical Feasibility Report for Project Financing Including Economic and Financial Analysis. These reports will reveal the construction years and physical characteristics of the existing environmental infrastructure in the project area, such as drinking water, sewage, stormwater systems, wastewater, and drinking water treatment plants. Additionally, water balance calculations will also be included in the reports. Within the scope of the project, technical information will be presented, including the definition, costs, and feasibility of the proposed investments. For this purpose, the reports will emphasize the following points: • The benefits of the project (improved public service, economic, environmental, and health benefits and/or development of tourism activities, etc.), • Cost-benefit analyses of necessary investments, • The beneficial effects of the project on human and environmental health. Considering population trends in the project area and the necessity of meeting the current environmental standards in accordance with existing legislation, the adequacy of existing facilities and the demands for newly constructed facilities will be determined for the next 35 years. Accordingly, the current financial situation and policies of the administration will be revealed. Measures to be taken by the administration or its units to ensure the financial feasibility of investments and the realization of investments will be reported. The expected benefits of the project will be expressed both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Description of the services provided by your personnel within the scope of the task:
• Collecting the necessary information and documents for the preparation of the Approval File and reports,
• Preparing the reports and submitting them to the authorized authority,
• Revising the reports if necessary,
• Discussing the revised report and compiling opinions on the preparation of the final version of the report at the meeting with the determined participants.
